Refund Policy

We understand that you may need to return products, and we aim to make this process as simple as possible. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refunds
   Products are eligible for a refund within 7 days of receipt if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
2. Return Process
   To initiate a return, please contact us at info@extremesportsnutrition.in with your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process. Returns are eligible for 7 days only
3. Non-Refundable Products
   The following products are not eligible for a refund:
   • Opened or used products
   • Products with tampered packaging
   • Nutritional supplements that have been opened
4. Refund Method
   Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Shipping Charges
   Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product was damaged or incorrect.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
   If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with pictures of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
